Creating care documentation simply, quickly and on the move, without having to type on the computer - since its introduction at the St. Laurentius retirement home, this has been possible for care staff with the voize app.

With voize, Contilia nursing staff can now record documentation freely on their smartphones. The voize app automatically creates the documentation entries and transfers them to Vivendi PD. The app not only reduces the amount of work involved in documentation, but also makes it possible to document promptly, on the move and directly during care. Vital signs, such as blood pressure, can be recorded immediately after measurement. Long care reports can also be created particularly easily using voice input. This helps to improve the quality of documentation and creates more time for residents. Voize offers speech recognition that is specially optimized for care and learns automatically. This means that dialects and technical terms are no problem. The app does not require Wi-Fi for documentation. It can be used freely throughout the home and the documentation is automatically transferred as soon as you come within Wi-Fi range. voize is now being used for care documentation at Haus Laurentius and will be further adapted to the wishes and needs of the care staff over the coming weeks and months.
