voize is characterized by the fact that the voize AI turns voice input into well-formatted reports. This includes voize's precise name recognition, the correct spelling of complex words such as drug names and automatic point and comma insertion.
We go one step further
With our new update, voize improves a number of common sources of error when speaking care reports: The AI now automatically improves slips of the tongue, ensures correct sentence structure and grammar even in the case of language uncertainties and turns spontaneously spoken thoughts into fluent, comprehensible texts. And all this without any additional effort: the improvements run automatically on every spoken care report.
Of course, the actual content of the care report remains unchanged - the AI simply smoothes the language so that good reports are easier than ever.

1) Example: A complete report is created from key points
In day-to-day care, documentation often has to be done quickly. Instead of formulating a report in your head before entering it into voize, it is now sufficient to simply describe the content in bullet points. voize then takes care of formulating the report.

2) Example: A good report is created even if there are mistakes or interruptions
voize AI recognizes and removes repetitions or spontaneous corrections and automatically converts them into a clearly understandable sentence. In this way, AI helps with practical language optimization in care.

3) Example: Comprehensible documentation - even with language uncertainty
voize supports nursing staff regardless of their language skills. This is particularly helpful for colleagues who do not speak German as a native language. The AI recognizes what has been said and presents the statement grammatically correctly. The meaning is retained. The report sounds as it was intended, only linguistically correct.

The voize AI update has been well received by care facilities: During tests, the automatic improvements were adopted by care staff in 98.8 percent of cases.

The new function is now automatically part of the AI language documentation and runs with every documented care report without any additional effort. Nursing staff do not need to set up or activate anything.

Reports that have been linguistically revised are marked as "automatically improved". You can switch to the unedited text at any time by clicking on "Original text". You can switch back and forth between the two versions to compare them.
If a caregiver wants to deactivate the function for themselves, they can do so in their user profile.
The automatic care report improvements are now active for all users of the voize app. The update will soon also be available in Vivendi Mobile and MedifoxDAN Inpatient.
Nursing quality
The aim of voize is to enable nursing staff to create high-quality documentation with ease. This update to voize AI joins the many existing features that already make high-quality documentation easier than ever.

To this end, we are in close contact with experts from the industry and will be making further improvements to voize AI in the coming weeks so that all reports recorded with voize meet the highest professional care standards.
Data protection and security
Similar to other features of voize AI, the new care report enhancements completely anonymize the resident's name locally on the device before the AI revises the report, the correct name is then re-inserted locally.
The new function is fully covered under our current contract data processing agreement.
