After a pilot phase, the carrier is now planning to further expand digital nursing documentation.

With the voize voice app, documentation can be carried out directly on the resident. It is also possible to call up documentation histories in real time via the app, so that the current care situation is available in the direct care of the resident.
The voice-controlled care documentation is easy to use and requires no special training. It is suitable for all care staff, regardless of their level of technical knowledge. Dialects and accents in pronunciation are also recognized, as the app is adaptive in terms of speech recognition.
Thanks to the easy-to-use voice control, documentation gaps are avoided, manual documentation is reduced and the entire documentation is up to date more quickly.
voize has been tested in four residential areas of the PFLEGEN & WOHNEN FINKENAU and PFLEGEN & WOHNEN HEIMFELD facilities over the past five months.
